Corrugation Machine Heaters
Endowed with rich technical expertise, we are able to offer a wide range of electrical corrugation machinery heaters. Our heaters are insulated with magnesium oxide and have technologically advanced features and assure quality as well as superior performance. The heater includes a curved metal plate where channels are drilled through end faces of the plate. Slots are provided at the end faces of the plate to interconnect pairs of adjacent channels at alternate ends to form a serpentine steam passage through the plate. These can also withstand high temperature owing to the use of superior grade raw material in their production.

This one of the three heaters for heating the three rollers of paper
corrugation Machines. Each heater consists of 9nos heating rods in star
connected for three phase supply, each heater rod easily replaceable.
These heaters are available in different ratings depending upon the
size of machine as per chart given below.
Heaters upto 12KW rating are available in 11.2MM O.D. special type of
heaters in economic range commonly none as step heaters (in 2 or 3
steps) as required according the width of paper to heat roller length.
